We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bareback Footwear; if your boots aren't the perfect fit, you can return them in unworn condition within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Boots
Place the unworn footwear back in its original branded box and secure it inside a protective shipping mailer or carton.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
